This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when someone visits our website, contacts us or uses our services.

Our website is used for customer inquiries and does not collect online payments. Service fees are paid separately through UPI or bank transfer to VNG’s business account.

We do not sell customer personal information.
Some destination authorities and technology providers may process information outside India. Their privacy rules and the laws of the relevant country may apply.
6. Government and third-party fee payments
Customers may pay government, embassy, visa-centre or other official fees directly. If a customer asks VNG to make a payment on their behalf, we will do so only with the customer’s authorisation. We will provide available payment evidence or receipts.
7. Staff access and confidentiality
Customer files are stored in VNG’s company systems. Access is limited to the owner and authorised staff members who need the information for the engagement.
8. Retention and deletion
VNG keeps application documents until the customer’s visa decision is confirmed or the engagement is otherwise closed. Customers should inform VNG when they receive the decision.
After confirmation, VNG will delete application documents from active company systems as soon as reasonably practical, unless they are needed for an unresolved complaint, legal obligation or permitted follow-up requested by the customer.
Invoices, transaction records, complaint records and other legally or operationally required records may be kept longer. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until normal backup cycles are completed.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access restrictions, account controls and secure company systems. No electronic system or transmission method is completely secure.
Customers should use only VNG’s published business contact channels and notify us immediately if they believe information was sent to an unauthorised person.
10. Children and minor applicants
Visa applications may include children. A parent or lawful guardian must communicate with VNG and authorise the processing of a child’s information. We do not knowingly accept independent service instructions from a child.
11. Marketing communications
Service communications are separate from marketing. We send promotional or informational updates only when a person chooses to receive them or where otherwise permitted.

12. Cookies and website tools
The website may use essential cookies and services such as GoDaddy hosting tools, Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. These tools may collect device, browser and interaction information.
VNG’s Privacy Policy is separate from the privacy policies of Google, WhatsApp, GoDaddy and other providers.
13. Your requests and choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may contact us to:
• Ask what personal information VNG holds about them
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw optional consent
• Ask for deletion of information that is no longer needed
• Raise a concern about how information was handled
• Nominate another person where such a right applies under law
