SECTION 1 — About VISA NEXUS GLOBAL
VISA NEXUS GLOBAL (“VNG,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a proprietary micro enterprise registered under Udyam (UDYAM-AP-06-0102696) and owned by Vamsi Jammula.
VNG operates as an online visa consultancy from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. We do not operate a walk-in storefront.

SECTION 2 — Independent private consultancy
VNG is a private, independent consultancy. We are not part of, authorised by or affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate, immigration department or visa application centre.
Udyam registration identifies VNG as an MSME enterprise. It is not professional immigration accreditation, government endorsement or a guarantee of visa expertise.
SECTION 3 — Our services
Subject to the customer’s written quotation, VNG may provide:
• Tourist, visiting, student, business and work visa application support
• One-to-one counselling about administrative application requirements
• Form-filling assistance
• Document organisation and checking
• Mock interviews and interview preparation
• Official appointment-booking support
• General application-progress support
The exact service, fee, workflow, inclusions and exclusions will be stated in the quotation accepted by the customer.
VNG does not currently provide education-loan or currency-exchange services.
Unless separately agreed with a qualified professional, VNG provides administrative application support and general information, not legal representation, legal advice or a government service.
SECTION 4 — Quotation and acceptance
Before payment, VNG will send the customer a written quotation describing the selected service, service charges and expected workflow.
The customer accepts the engagement by confirming the quotation and making the agreed payment.
If the customer’s circumstances or requested work changes, VNG may issue a revised quotation before performing additional work.
SECTION 5 — Customer responsibilities
The customer must:
• Provide complete, truthful and accurate information
• Review all forms and documents before submission
• Inform VNG promptly about changes in circumstances
• Supply requested documents within the stated timeframe
• Attend appointments and interviews on time
• Follow official instructions and lawful requirements
• Keep account credentials, OTPs and payment details secure
• Make the final decision whether to submit an application
VNG will not knowingly submit false information or fabricated documents. We may stop work if we reasonably believe information is false, misleading, unlawful or unsafe.
SECTION 6 — Government and third-party fees
Government, embassy, consulate, visa-centre, biometric, courier, translation and other third-party fees are separate from VNG’s service charge unless the quotation clearly states otherwise.
The customer may pay these fees directly. At the customer’s request, VNG may make an authorised payment on the customer’s behalf.
VNG will explain the amount and provide available proof of payment. Once paid to a third party, the fee is subject to that organisation’s refund rules and is not controlled by VNG.
SECTION 7 — Appointments
VNG may help customers understand official appointment requirements, prepare booking information, monitor public availability and complete a booking through authorised systems where permitted.
VNG does not own or control appointment availability and has no special access to embassy, consulate or visa-centre systems.
We cannot guarantee an appointment, date, location or faster availability.
SECTION 8 — No guarantee of outcome
Visa decisions, requests for evidence, appointment availability and processing times are controlled by the relevant authority.
VNG does not guarantee:
• Visa approval
• Appointment availability
• A particular appointment or decision date
• Government processing times
• Entry into another country
• Acceptance of a document by an authority
Previous outcomes, customer reviews and testimonials do not promise the same result for another customer.
SECTION 9 — Fees and payment
VNG accepts service-fee payments by UPI or bank transfer to its business account.
Customers should use only payment details supplied through VNG’s verified business channels and retain their transaction record.
The website collects inquiries only and does not collect online payments.
SECTION 10 — Cancellation and refunds
VNG’s Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
• Cancellation before VNG starts the quoted work: 100% refund of VNG’s service fee
• Cancellation after VNG starts the quoted work but before completion: 50% refund of VNG’s service fee
• After all quoted work is completed, cancellation is no longer applicable and the completed service fee is not refundable, except where required by law or where VNG confirms a billing or service error
Government and third-party fees already paid are governed by the receiving organisation’s rules.
A visa refusal does not automatically create a refund entitlement because the government decision is separate from VNG’s completed service.
After a refund is approved in writing, VNG will initiate it within one hour. The customer’s bank or UPI provider may take additional time to credit or display the funds.
SECTION 11 — Documents and personal information
Customers may provide documents through VNG’s business email or WhatsApp after receiving instructions.
VNG stores customer files in company systems accessible to the owner and authorised staff. Personal information is handled according to VNG’s Privacy Policy.
VNG keeps application documents until the customer’s visa decision is confirmed or the engagement is otherwise closed. Customers should inform VNG when a decision is received.
VNG will then delete application documents from active company systems as soon as reasonably practical, subject to unresolved complaints, legal obligations and permitted follow-up.
Customers should not send sensitive documents to personal numbers, unofficial email addresses or unknown agents claiming to represent VNG.
SECTION 12 — Communication
The customer authorises VNG to communicate using the contact details they provide, including email, telephone and WhatsApp.
Online support is available 24/7, although response times may vary depending on demand, case complexity, technical issues and public holidays.
Important instructions, approvals and changes should be confirmed in writing.
SECTION 13 — External sources and links
VNG aims to use current official information, but government rules, fees, forms and operating practices may change without notice.
Customers should review the relevant official source before acting. VNG is not responsible for the availability, security or content of external websites.
SECTION 14 — Suspension or termination
VNG may suspend or end an engagement when:
• Required information or payment is not provided
• The customer asks VNG to make a false or unlawful submission
• The customer abuses or threatens staff
• Continuing would breach the law or official rules
• A conflict, security issue or other serious risk prevents safe continuation
Any refund will be assessed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 15 — Responsibility for service errors
If a customer believes VNG made an error, they should notify us promptly so we can investigate and, where possible, correct it before an official deadline.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, VNG is not responsible for losses caused solely by government decisions, official-system outages, rule changes, inaccurate customer information, missed customer deadlines or third-party actions outside VNG’s control.
SECTION 16 — Website and content
VNG’s website and original content may not be copied or presented as another business’s work without permission.
Official government information remains subject to the relevant source’s terms and public-use rules.
SECTION 17 — Complaints
Complaints should be sent to:
Vamsi Jammula
Owner and grievance contact
Email: info@visanexusglobal.com
Phone/WhatsApp: +91 9676192977
VNG aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 30 days.
Please see VNG’s Complaint & Grievance Process for further information.
SECTION 18 — Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process will be handled by a court or consumer forum having lawful jurisdiction.
This section does not limit a consumer’s mandatory legal rights.
SECTION 19 — Changes to these Terms
VNG may update these Terms for future engagements.
The version accepted with the customer’s quotation will govern that engagement unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
