VNG is not part of, authorised by or affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate, immigration department or visa application centre.

VNG provides administrative visa application support, including:

• Mock interviews and interview preparation
• Official appointment-booking support

Unless separately agreed with a suitably qualified professional, VNG does not provide legal representation or legal advice.

NO GUARANTEE OF VISA OR APPOINTMENT

Visa decisions, appointment availability, processing times, entry decisions, official fees and requests for additional information are controlled by the relevant government authority or authorised service provider.

VNG cannot guarantee:

• Visa approval
• Appointment availability
• A particular appointment date
• Faster access to official appointment systems
• Government processing times
• Entry into another country
• The same outcome experienced by another customer

OFFICIAL INFORMATION

VNG uses official sources wherever reasonably possible. However, visa rules, fees and operating procedures may change without notice.

Customers must review and approve their information before submission and should check the latest official instructions for their destination.

FEES

Government and third-party fees are separate from VNG’s service charge unless the customer’s quotation clearly states otherwise.

If VNG pays an official fee on a customer’s behalf, it does so only with the customer’s authorisation. The receiving organisation’s refund rules will apply.

UDYAM REGISTRATION

VNG’s Udyam registration confirms its registration as an MSME enterprise.

It is not immigration accreditation, government endorsement or government approval of VNG’s visa services.
